Vedan Child & Women Care Foundation is a Section 8 Non-Profit Organization committed to building a technology-driven social impact ecosystem across India.
The foundation was established with a vision to address some of the most critical challenges faced by society, particularly in rural and underserved communities. These challenges include limited access to quality education, unemployment and skill gaps, lack of opportunities for women, and the need for structured support for farmers.
At Vedan Foundation, we believe that technology can act as a powerful enabler of social change. Our approach focuses on integrating digital platforms with grassroots execution, allowing us to design scalable and sustainable solutions that create real impact on the ground.
We operate at the intersection of multiple sectors, building a connected ecosystem that includes:
Education: Providing digital learning support and opportunities for underprivileged children
Employment: Creating job opportunities and career pathways for youth
Women Empowerment: Supporting women through entrepreneurship and income-generating activities
Agriculture: Assisting farmers with modern techniques while promoting traditional (paramparagat) farming practices
Healthcare: Spreading awareness and enabling access to basic healthcare support
Our integrated model ensures that individuals and communities are not supported in isolation but are empowered holistically.

๐จโ๐ผ Pankaj Lamba
My journey was not easy. I faced challenges in education due to lack of proper guidance and support. Because of this, I suffered significant losses in my learning phase and often felt confused about my career path.
When I tried to find a job, I faced rejection โ not because of my potential, but because my educational background did not fit into traditional systems.
That phase of life made me realize a harsh truth โ millions of youth are not lacking talent, they are lacking direction and opportunity.
This pain became my purpose. I decided to work on skill development, strengthen education at the grassroots level, and create a platform that connects people with real job opportunities.
This is how the foundation of Vedan started.
๐ค Pawan Lamba
Through his journey in jobs and business, Pawan witnessed extreme poverty and hunger among underprivileged children.
Seeing children struggling for basic needs like food deeply impacted him. It made him question the system and inspired him to take action.
His vision became clear โ no child should suffer due to lack of basic necessities and opportunities.
๐พ Mitresh Kumar Lamba
Mitresh experienced the realities of agriculture and rural life closely.
By observing the struggles of farmers, unstable income, and lack of proper support systems, he understood that farmers are working hard but still not progressing.
His experiences brought a strong focus on building solutions for farmer support, awareness, and sustainable income models.
โ๏ธ Adv. Vedika
Vedika, coming from a legal perspective, observed the lack of awareness regarding laws, rights, and protections โ especially among women and underprivileged communities.
She realized that many women suffer not because they are weak, but because they are unaware.
This led her to focus on women education, legal awareness, and guidance, ensuring that women can stand strong with knowledge and confidence.
